Is there a SQLite demo to start with

Hi I have just come across Run Basic and I'm looking to get started with a simple example.

I have some experience using VBA in Excel for basic automation and looping and decision making within VBA. What I'm ideally looking for is a written out example that demos the databasing capabilities within Run Basic like an address book application. I have never used SQLite before.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
