Hello World! to you all, since this is my first post here I've noticed Run Basic before, but thought it was about beeing able to log in to a site and run simple Basic programs online.. I was wrong, and this is brilliant. I just registered. Thanks to Carl and the community here. I have a few questions though: 1) The runbasic console start/stop serving buttons/Server menu items(=grayed out) doesn't seem to work? 2) When the console starts up it has a different set of buttons displayed for a second (start, stop, editetc..) then the start/stop serving buttons show up.. Whats going on? 3) I installed Run Basic on my own PC at work, then obtained my IP adress using run/cmd/ipconfig and tested served apps from all over the place/logins through: IP.IP.IP.IP:8008/seaside/go?app=appIs it supposed to be this simple?

ad 1) you need to select the line "Run BASIC Personal Server, port 8008" to make the menu work
ad 2) only run one console at any time
ad 3) it is that simple, that is the main focus of RB, you can use the computer name instead of the IP too

Thanks! BTW, I just tested the units converter web application from runbasic.staddle.net/ on a chinese smartphone, and it works great!
