As Carl asked us in another thread to post suggestions and stuff, I thought we should start a tracker to help us keeping track of the current development of RB 1.02. This includes known bugs, new features and other issues. I for myself would really like to know what's going on and what we can expect with the next upcoming release. So I've opened a very simple tracker on the wiki. Would be great if all of you who know real bugs or who want new features could use this tracker to give us all a clear overview of things that are wanted, needed and that are already dsolved/integrsted. here is the link runbasic.wikispaces.com/TrackerKonwing what ill come with the next release is kinf of mandatory for any project planing and I would really appreciate your help on creating a comprehensive list. You need to be a member of the wiki to edit/ add entries. Carl modified to correct a spelling mistake.Alyce modified subject to correct version number.

Thanks for doing that. I may use your page as an official tracking mechanism. I'll have to think about it. But, I think what you've posted there is useful to make some points: -Run BASIC v1.0.1 (not 1.01) is based on VisualWorks 7.4.1 and Seaside v2.6. -Run BASIC v1.0.2 (not 1.02) is based on VisualWorks 7.6 and Seaside v2.8. This provides a better web server which improves the uploading issue substantially. -Seaside leftovers. Here's what I am able to deliver thus far. The seaside/go part of the URL will be gone. I may also be able to get rid of the _s parameter, but I'm not sure. -Running an application will change from domain.com?app=myApp to domain.com/myApp-Ajax for everyone is slated for v1.0.2. -MySQL and other databases will be supported, but ODBC isn't promised (and isn't required) for accessing databases. -Fire and forget is not on the table for v1.0.2 -Carl Alyce modified subject to correct version number.

I would split the page into a bug tracker and a feature tracker page, so everyone can better distinguish between them.

Yes, you are right. I've splitted the list into two sections.

when i click on the link, i cant see much, certainly not any list of updates.... I guess I might need to register to see??
I was hoping to find that the upload file limit has been increased from (50meg?? ish) to maybe 200 / 300meg?
cheers
