is it possible to send rtf using the smtpsender?

Hi,

Is it possible to send a rtf using the smtpsender?

to send a link for example,inside the message part,
to be recognized as a link by the email client?

I got it with the sendemail program, but I wonder it could be done with the smtpsender command?

I can tell you that the link part will work.
I have a program for generating facility maintenance requests online and once a request is submitted, I use the smtpsender to send an email to the maintenance manager and it includes a link to the program as a quick shortcut.
