I get this message: [me@tsrb101]$ ./rbp rb.im VisualWorks(R) 7.6 Feb 14 2008 Fatal error: Unable to connect to X11 server.Running the linux version on PCLinuxOs. It worked the first time I ran it, and now this. I've done all the usual things like rebooted, etc. The user, me, is logged in to the graphical environment, kde in this case. Apache is humming away on port 80 with no problems. Any ideas?

I've snooped around a little with Google. Some people have reported similar problems with other applications after a crash or a reboot and Linux. I wonder if something has gotten corrupted in your Linux setup since it seems to be refusing the connection.
I'll poke around some more.

Just to see if it helps, before you try to start Run BASIC type this:
xhost + (hit Enter)

So sorry. I was trying to start runbasic remotely, and had logged in with ssh, so even though the user was already logged in to a graphical environment, that was a different user instance than the nongraphical ssh login, and ssh has no X11 server connection. As soon as I VNC'd into it, it started fine.
Sorry to bother you with my stupidity. Thanks for the quick response. I can't get over how cool this is... Have you talked with ZoHo? This looks like a perfect ZoHo app to me!
