To run run basic do I always need the server or can I create an executable? How do I attach a run basic program to my website?
Thanks

To run locally you do not need a server. If you run your application on the web you need a server. RB is also a server. However, I'm running my applications behind Apache.
Not exactly sure about this question. When someone runs your application from a web site, it is automatically attached to the website. That is what RB was designed for.

I think he wants to upload a RB program to the web and then get it to execute.
I'd like to better understand this also.
Any help would be appreciated.

Well, one has to have access to a Runbasic server somewhere, and that server must be visible to the web. It could be running on your home pc, or as a rented service. Then, the piece of code to be executed must be published on the Runbasic server, I guess you know that already. This gives the address to your Runbasic app, right?
To get the app visible on a different website, one way is to use the <iframe> tag in the page and use it to point to the Runbasic server app address. This would result in a Runbasic app being embedded into a frame in the web page. Try to google up the <iframe> tag and see how it is used in a web page. Of course, you need to be able to put the <iframe> into the page.
Sorry about being vague, I'm in a bit of a hurry. Just let me know if you need more information on this and I can try to put up an example for you.

I've just purchased runBAsic less than a week ago and I can see the need for this feature. I want to be able to compile y app to a standalone application so that it would be easier to deploy.
Something else we need, at least me, I need to be able to run my apps on a server without a Xserver. I need this one really, really bad!
