I do a lot of stuff with text and I hate the small font. Hard on my eyes! I like the font you use on this forum. Can I do that? I'm a newbie to RUN BASIC but have a some HTML and BASIC experience I have done some stuff with JUST BASIC. I hope to soon set up a web site using RUN BASIC.
Currently I only have the free version while I learn it, so I would also like to know how to get information about how to set up my directory structure on the free version so that when I upgrade I won't have to do as much file managing. Should I keep all my HTML and text files in the public directory?
Learning a new dialect can be discouraging sometimes, but I'm excited about the RUN BASIC concept.
Thanx

hi you could check the RB wikispaces runbasic.wikispaces.com/Textarea+and+Textbox+styling ,it has a lot of examples to learn RB, if you are looking to change the font size for your textareas, then: 1) to change the font of a textarea : cls cssid #ta1Style,"{ width:400px; height:200px; background-color:lightgreen; font-size:14pt; }" textarea #ta1, "" #ta1 setid("ta1Style") #ta1 text("Textarea, css styling to set size, background, font size, etc.") wait 2)but if you are looking to change the font size of the main RB textarea, maybe you could edit and save your program with the editor of your preference and then press reload in RB 3)but if you want to add code code to change the RB textarea, then you can use: cls cssclass "body","{ font-size:18pt; }" textarea #body, "" #ta1 setid("body") #ta1 text("Textarea, css styling to set size, background, font size, etc.") wait ;D Stefan: placed url inside of URL tags, to prevent splitting at special characters
