Hi Carl, and thanks for a great concept. This enormously simplifies the process of writing some billing software that I'm working on that needs to be accessed remotely.
A couple of feature requests, though....
1) an easy way to make a button in the browser window, and branch to a routine/subroutine when it's pressed, same as a link. I can simulate buttons with links inside small tables but they don't animate and users don't immediately recognize them. The Javascript hacks are complex and difficult to implement in a large program.
2)A better IDE with run-time debugging, code formatting and coloring and so-on. I know this is hardly a simple request but once the code gets very long it's just not possible to use a text area in a browser window to manage it. You can't use the tab key to format the code and you can't do a search,. The cut-paste thing into notepad becomes very tiresome.
Just some ideas, and I look forward to the future of Run Basic.

Request #1 - Have you tried styling the links? Look at calcCSS.bas in the example programs and RB Sudoku for sample codes. Request #2 - There is currently a contest being held for a more user-friendly RB IDE at the LB Forum. Stay tuned.
