Hi Carl,
I was wondering how the development of the new version of RB is going? I believe you previously stated you had started work on it a couple of months ago??
If you have a list of new features / enchancements due, that would be good to look at...
sorry if you've put this info somewhere else, if so can you point me to it..
many thanks
Jimbo

WOW, thanks do you have a time for the new release??
I also have a couple of ideas to market Run BASIC to very specific target groups. If you are interested (Carl) send me an e-mail.

Carl, you planing to make timer function in the following version? It is very necessary for many projects. I tried to think up timer replacement, but it has turned out nothing.

Hello Carl,
Any news on the new version?? its been over a year since my last query.... but still no news?? does seem that RB has been abandoned.... apart from us few who are using it...
I guess you are busy... but its been awfully quiet..... some news about new features time frames etc,etc would be nice....
thanks

It's too bad. RB could really get a boost with the right PR.
Hey Carl, I'm a web developer and web designer, if you throw me a free RB Linux license I'll plug RB on my website as well as offer specific services to clients wanting web applications for live/intranet sites.
As for the next version, some release info would be awesome. MySQL, AJAX/AJAX-like functions and more would be highly interesting. (Especially MySQL so we can use a solid RDB for multi-user applications)
Is it worth waiting, or should one be looking elsewhere? (And I still stand by my suggestion of making RB free and make money off of training, books, etc.)
