I noticed something very particular, which can happen when developing applications using Sqlite commands. If a table is selected two or more times, without a disconnect command between the selects, when you disconnect after the second select, the first select will be pendent and if you try to update any column in this table, a lock error will show up. The trick is to be very careful avoiding to repeat the select command without a disconnect command in between. Sqlite allows you to select the same table several times and do not return any error; however the result is a lock error message. I hope this will help to solve many Sqlite Lock problems.
