Same thing happens. The titlebar shows the title because there's masking built into the forwarding (something I was using without problems since the beginning). I don't think it has anything to do with my many programs that worked fine for several weeks and have not been changed. In fact nothing has been changed in the entire setup. Everything's working then after a powerout, restart, and Flash Player install, nothing works via server (everything works fine locally). Using www.t1shopper.com/tools/port-scanner/I confirmed that I'm not getting any response on port 80. I forgot to post here that I did get it working. I went through all my router settings ... even the ones I have never touched. Finally I tried enabling the QoS (Quality of Service feature under Applications and Gaming) and everything started working again. I can only assume that it was enabled before, but then after the power-out and restart, somehow it got disabled. My only guess is that it got disabled by a Windows or Norton update or something like that. My Flash Player re-install didn't effect it. Maybe other settings automatically enable or disable it. Anyway, something else to watch for.

The rooter might use UPnP, which allows other computers to change the settings, this can be good or bad, depending on the software you are running on the computers connected to it.
You mentioned Norton, so I would suggest to disable UPnP on the router, so Norton does not change any settings of the router.

Thanks for that idea.
I was able to save my router config, so if something does change, I can get it back easily.
