Hello,
I am looking to be able to make it so that on the client side it will load a link based upon a timer. So that once the page is loaded it starts and will activate the link once it is done.
An example would be as follows.
link #bla, "some thing to do", [a.branch.to.goto]
html "<script> sometimerthing(60000,#bla)" wait
the page would load up and then would click the link and advance to the next page within the same app.
this would be infinitely use full for creating games or other things for mutable users in RB...
any suggestions?

Not sure this is what you are after, but you might try the refresh that is usually used to redirect to another page. The content= is the number of seconds to wait. head "<meta http-equiv='refresh' content='10; url=http://example.com/'> "
To refresh the same page after 15 seconds head "<META HTTP-EQUIV='refresh' CONTENT='15'>"

That would be fine if i could use the url from a link in run basic and use it to execute a branch of code.

I think there are a couple of options more, here's what you might be after: runbasic.wikispaces.com/Timer+ReplacementAnother one is to save system date and time and check against it when the player manually refreshes the page. If enough time has passed, then show the link. The downside with this is that it requires a click from the player.

The link you provided gave me the code I needed. It now works like a charm.
I really do appreciate the help.
This is going to make it easier to create an online game. On the clients web browser it can request to see if the other player has made a move and if so update the current display.
I am thinking some kind of poker game. and possibly a real time chat system.
A nice slide show creation and viewing application. And plenty more awesome things.
Thank you
