Is there a way to format a Runbasic program to display properly on a smart phone? Having just recently upgrading from my old flip phone, I see how it is nice to browse from your phone but most pages are a pain to navigate as they are obviously so small until you blow them up and then you have to continually scroll around.

You should be able to get the size of the display through JavaScript and decide based on that. Another way would be to allow the user to explicitly select that he uses a mobile device.
There is no way of reliably detecting that the user uses a mobile device.

you can add the following html to your page in the head statement I think.
head "<meta name=""viewport"" content=""width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0""> "
That will probably solve your problem

Ok, assuming you can determine you are on a smart phone, do you have a suggestion of what framework to use to make it look like a native app?

Like Apache, does RB supports browser ID (User Agent) strings?

The environment variable UserInfo$ contains the information about the clients browser and system.
UserAddress$ will be helpful too, if you need to know the IP of the client.
