Since I've used RB I've had issues when trying to change the css style via html code like so
<link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' href='/linkbook.css'></head>
I would scratch my head as to why the css did not look the same as the example on the website I downloaded it from. After messing around with Run BASIC settings I finally figured out that it's the currently selected css for RB that is causing the issue. How I figured it out was like this.
I set RB to the standard CSS and then ran my code. My layout did not look as it should. I opened up the standard.css file in the public folder and deleted all the css code in there and saved the file. I ran my program again and this time everything looked as it should. I also noticed that when I viewed the source html for my running application there are two css references, one to the standard and one to the one I want to use. So it seems that there is a conflict of style going on here.
Can I suggest to add the option to have no css style set for RB. I know this will make the editor and navigation buttons look just like text, but it will help out anyone who might run into the issue I have. I did have this issue even when I set it to pda.

You should be able to disable the style from standard.css for your application only by using the following:
html "</div>"
' your code goes here
html "<div>"
In addition I would use the HEAD command to place the CSS definition into the page head.
