There is already the ResourcesRoot$ variable, which points to the public folder, which in turn contains all the files, which will be publicly accessible.
The opposite would be to introduce a PrivateRoot$ variable, which will point to a folder called private at the same level as the public folder. This folder is used for common files, which should only be accessed by the published applications.
Some will say, that one can already use the project folder to store private data, but using ProjectsRoot$ and the projects name will result in heavy editing, if the project is renamed and the developer forgot to globally define a variable to hold the path.
