- there is no reload() method
- select() seems not to work
- selection() always returns zero
dim state$(60) dim alist$(70)
alist$(1)="Select 3 digit zip code" state$(1)="Select State"
for n = 1 to 59 state$(n+1)="State ";n next
StateIndex = 10
[start] cls listbox #abox, state$(),1 button #abut,"GO",[populate]
listbox #bbox,alist$(),1 button #bbut,"show me",[start]
#abox select(StateIndex)
wait
[populate] print StateIndex = #abox selection() print StateIndex; " ... "; state$(StateIndex)
for n = 1 to 69 alist$(n+1)="ZIP ";n next 'goto [start] wait

Select doesn't work? Sure it does.
Straight from the help file:
dim colorChoices$(2) colorChoices$(0) = "red" colorChoices$(1) = "green" colorChoices$(2) = "blue"
listbox #colors1, colorChoices$(), 3 #colors1 select("red") listbox #colors2, colorChoices$(), 3 #colors2 select("green") listbox #colors3, colorChoices$(), 3 #colors3 select("blue") wait
There is no reload method? Not a bug exactly.
The selection() method is broken, as you say.

Sure the RELOAD() method is just missing, which is not a bug, I was just including it, since it would be a very good feature.
